Shin, the leader of the codes.

Identification consist of broken armor, flesh gouges and injuries.

Powers consist of bone manipulation, acid abilities and corrosion abilities.
The 'dead' brother of Meiko Kobayashi.

While being a capable and caring leader, he is ideally hostile towards the NOVA's, as the codes are deemed the failed experiments due to poor surgical technique.

His original armor used to be a full set, but it's cracked over the years.

During the surgery, the truth behind it : When his powers activated, it rotted his body well past 3rd degree burns, and also caused him to hallucinate due to the fumes - which made him see his sister smile in a sinister way, making him think she meant to kill him.
